THE NEXTT HOTEL, a new lifestyle hotel, is scheduled to open on March 1, 2027 in the north exit area of Tachikawa Station in Tokyo. Operated by Tachihi Hospitality Management, the property will feature one of the largest banquet halls in the Tama area and is designed to accommodate a wide range of MICE demand, including corporate meetings and exhibitions.

The defining feature of THE NEXTT HOTEL as a MICE-oriented property is its extensive banquet facilities. On the 4th floor, the hotel will feature a grand banquet hall spanning approximately 1,050 square meters. The venue will be capable of accommodating up to approximately 1,500 guests, making it suitable for a wide variety of large-scale corporate events and reception parties. Designed with flexibility in mind, the space can be divided into multiple sections, allowing organizers to customize layouts according to the needs of each event.

These spaces are expected to support a variety of uses, including executive meetings, department-level seminars, breakout sessions, and waiting rooms during larger events. The facility’s layout is also designed to support complex MICE programs, such as holding related seminars in multiple smaller rooms simultaneously with a large-scale event in the main banquet hall.

Reservations for the banquet facilities are scheduled to begin around summer 2026, positioning the hotel as an attractive option for organizers planning events well in advance.

Guest rooms supporting participants attending events are located from the 6th through 12th floors of the hotel. The property will offer a total of 211 guest rooms, ranging from compact and highly functional accommodations to spacious suite rooms. The hotel will also include universal rooms, Japanese-style rooms, and dog-friendly rooms where guests can stay with their pets. Reservations for accommodations are scheduled to begin from autumn 2026 onward.

Tachihi Hospitality Management Co., Ltd., which operates THE NEXTT HOTEL, has previously created hospitality experiences that focus on balancing mind and body through SORANO HOTEL, offering a hotel experience that goes beyond conventional concepts. The company has also expanded into locally rooted craft beer initiatives, including the launch of Tachihi Brewery.

The new hotel is directly connected to the north exit area of JR Tachikawa Station via a pedestrian deck and is located approximately five minutes on foot from the station. It is also accessible within approximately three minutes on foot from Tachikawa-Kita Station on the Tama Monorail via Sansan Road and surrounding pedestrian routes. With its strong transportation accessibility, the property is positioned in a highly favorable environment for hosting MICE events that attract participants from across Japan.
