Hilton Tokyo Odaiba to renovate 26 rooms, including a 200-square-meter top-tier suite; stays begin Dec. 19, 2026, alongside a revamped lounge
Hilton Tokyo Odaiba will renovate a total of 26 suites and executive rooms, including its top-tier Presidential Terrace Bath Suite, as part of its first major hotel-wide renovation since opening. Reservations began Sept. 17, 2026, and stays in the renovated rooms will begin Dec. 19. An executive lounge measuring approximately 337 square meters and seating 109 will also open that day. The hotel, which has 22 types of banquet rooms, is making substantial updates to its higher-tier accommodations.
First major hotel-wide renovation since opening begins with 26 rooms
Hilton Tokyo Odaiba has been carrying out its first major hotel-wide renovation since opening, beginning in February 2026. The concept is “TOKYO STILLNESS — A sense of ease in the heart of Tokyo.” Drawing on its location overlooking Tokyo Bay and the private balconies in every guest room, the hotel is updating its rooms to emphasize the views and the time guests spend there.
The first phase covers 26 rooms: one 200-square-meter Presidential Terrace Bath Suite, six 80-square-meter suites and 19 40-square-meter Executive Deluxe rooms. Reservations began Sept. 17, and the rooms will be available from Dec. 19.

The Presidential Terrace Bath Suite is the hotel’s largest room at 200 square meters, and there is only one. In addition to living and dining areas, it has a private kitchen, a bar counter and a dining table for 10. It can accommodate dinners and parties with a hotel chef.

The 40-square-meter Executive Deluxe Rainbow Bridge View Rooms comprise 14 twin rooms and five king rooms, for a total of 19. Located on the 12th floor and above, they offer views of Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Bay from inside the room. Each has a sofa by the window and a desk for guests working during their stay. Of the 26 renovated rooms, 23 can accommodate up to three people.

Executive lounge
Executive lounge of approximately 337 square meters and 109 seats opens Dec. 19
The executive lounge on the third floor will open Dec. 19, the same day stays in the renovated rooms begin. It covers approximately 337 square meters and has 109 seats: 99 in the main area and 10 in a private room. The lounge overlooks Tokyo Bay, Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower. It is available to guests staying in executive rooms and suites.
Food and beverages offered across five periods, from breakfast to nightcaps
The lounge will operate from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., serving food and beverages during five periods: breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea, cocktail time and nightcaps. A new live kitchen will serve dishes prepared by chefs. The 10-seat private room offers a space separate from the lounge’s general seating.
Hilton Tokyo Odaiba has 22 types of banquet rooms
Separate from the rooms being renovated, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba has 22 types of banquet rooms, including a large banquet hall with an 8-meter ceiling. The hotel has 453 guest rooms in total, including 18 suites, and every room has a private balcony. It also has restaurants and bars, a spa, an indoor pool, a fitness center and two wedding chapels.
The hotel’s banquet and event facilities will be complemented by updated accommodations: a 200-square-meter top-tier suite, 80-square-meter suites, executive rooms and a dedicated 109-seat lounge.
Major renovation extends beyond banquet rooms to accommodations
For MICE and corporate events, a hotel’s selection involves not only its meeting and banquet facilities but also the rooms where speakers, invited guests and participants from overseas stay. Hilton Tokyo Odaiba is updating its higher-tier rooms and executive lounge through the hotel-wide renovation while retaining its 22 types of banquet rooms. The first 26 rooms and the lounge will take on their updated form on Dec. 19, with the broader renovation continuing afterward.
